By placing an order on the Zyrelune website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy. Completing a purchase means you understand the conditions, procedures, and timelines described below.
You also acknowledge that this policy, together with order records, shipping information, and communication history, may be used as supporting documentation if a payment dispute or chargeback occurs.
Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following requirements are met.
The item must be unused and unworn.
The product must not be washed or altered.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
The product should only have been handled for normal inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item arrives at our facility, the return will be reviewed and processed within approximately 7 business days. Zyrelune reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of misuse, damage, excessive wear, or conditions not caused by our store.

Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days after delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement depending on stock availability and the type of problem. In some situations, returning the item may not be required.
Replacement items are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days once the issue has been confirmed.
Lost Packages or Delivery Problems
If your order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation. If the courier confirms that the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is refused by the customer, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, a deduction of $35 CAD may be applied to the refund to cover administrative and shipping expenses.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
However, because order processing and fulfillment are automated, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In this case, the customer must wait until the order arrives and then follow the return procedure described in this policy.

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve the matter quickly.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Zyrelune may submit relevant documentation to the payment provider or bank, including:

Product photos or other supporting evidence
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
Additional Information
Returned items are sent to our international logistics warehouse in the Netherlands at the customer’s expense.
Shipping times and customs clearance may affect delivery and return timelines.
For hygiene reasons, products returned in used or unsanitary condition cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Zyrelune.
